Design
- The Icoldbox 12-pan frozen ice cream display cabinet adopts an efficient and large-capacity display design. It has excellent refrigeration performance and is matched with a stylish anti-fog glass front panel, which can elegantly present high-quality ice cream and catch customers' eyes instantly.
Refrigeration System
- Eco-friendly Refrigerant and System: The factory's independently developed capillary refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of 0 and low Global Warming Potential (GWP), greatly reducing greenhouse gas emissions and helping to achieve the "carbon neutrality" goal. The system is equipped with a branded compressor, which has high refrigeration efficiency and the advantages of energy saving and carbon reduction.
- Precise Temperature Control: An optional variable-frequency temperature sensor can stably control the internal temperature of the cabinet within the range of -22℃ to -18℃ (-7.6℉ to -0.4℉) — this temperature range can perfectly maintain the dense texture and mellow flavor of ice cream and avoid affecting the quality due to melting or freezing.
- Heat Dissipation and Unit Layout: It adopts a copper tube fin heat dissipation design, which has a fast heat dissipation speed, can keep the equipment at the optimal working temperature all the time, improve the operation efficiency while enhancing the stability and reliability. The condensing unit is installed at the bottom, which is convenient for daily maintenance and cleaning, and the top space can also be used to place items, improving space utilization.
- Refrigeration Method: It adopts air-cooled refrigeration, with fast refrigeration speed, precise temperature control, and a frost-free and maintenance-free design; it can not only efficiently maintain the freshness of ice cream, but also provide more flexible storage space for 12 ice cream trays.
Cabinet Structure
- Appearance Material: The front panel and side panels are made of black titanium brushed stainless steel, which is exquisite, corrosion-resistant and durable.
- Glass Panels: Equipped with single-curved double-layer anti-fog glass front panels and side panels, using heating wire technology for efficient defogging, always maintaining clear visibility.
- Custom Width: The width of the display cabinet can be customized within the range of 1250-1900 mm, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual space and business needs of the store.
- Insulation Performance: The cabinet adopts high-density polyurethane on-site foaming process, and both the Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Global Warming Potential (GWP) are 0, which ensures excellent insulation effect while taking into account environmental protection attributes.
Doors
- Equipped with 2 glass sliding rear doors, it is more convenient to take and place ice cream from the rear, which is convenient for staff to replenish goods quickly and operate daily.
Shelving
- There are multiple storage shelves, and the shelf material is transparent tempered glass — it is not only strong and durable, but also can clearly show the different flavors of ice cream in 12 trays, which is convenient for customers to choose intuitively and improves the shopping experience.
Lighting
- Equipped with an energy-saving lighting device, the light is soft and bright enough to highlight the delicate texture and attractive color of ice cream, further attracting customers' attention.

- Temperature Display: External digital temperature display, supporting the switching between Fahrenheit (°F) / Celsius (°C), the internal temperature of the cabinet is visible in real time, which is convenient for staff to monitor accurately.
- Evaporator Coating: The evaporator can be optionally equipped with an epoxy resin coating, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance and effectively extends the service life of the equipment.
Electrical
- The equipment is pre-wired before leaving the factory, and can be directly connected to a single-phase 220V power supply, suitable for 10A/16A dedicated sockets, and comes with a power cord and plug kit.
- The standard triangular plug is provided, and customized plugs that meet the relevant standards of different countries (such as Europe, the United Kingdom) can also be provided to adapt to the power grid specifications of different regions around the world.
