Refrigeration System
- The factory - independently designed capillary system utilizes an eco - friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (with zero ODP and low GWP), significantly cutting down greenhouse gas emissions to contribute to achieving “carbon neutrality”.
- The mature and high - quality refrigeration system is outfitted with a branded compressor, featuring high refrigeration efficiency along with energy - saving and emission - reduction capabilities.
- The optional variable-frequency temperature sensor enables precise temperature control within 4°C to 8°C (39.2°F to 46.4°F).inside the cabinet, ensuring optimal food preservation.
- Copper tube fin heat dissipation rapidly dissipates heat, keeping the equipment at the optimal working temperature, improving efficiency and enhancing stability and reliability.
- The condensing unit is installed at the bottom, facilitating maintenance and cleaning, and items can be placed on the top.
- Two refrigeration methods are available: Air-cooled refrigeration: Features fast cooling speed, precise temperature control, frost-free and maintenance-free operation, excellent fresh-keeping effect, and more flexible storage space. Direct-cooled refrigeration: Boasts a simple structure for easy maintenance, low cost, good moisture retention, low noise, and relatively low energy consumption. However, regular defrosting is required.
Cabinet Construction
- The externally visible parts are made of high-quality stainless steel.
- The interior is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance, durability and easy cleaning.
- Insulation - The entire cabinet structure is foamed with high-density polyurethane insulation material, which has an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of zero.
Doors
- Anti-fog coated UV-protected tempered glass door, which is clear, aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean, effectively blocking harmful light.
- Sealed self-closing door, equipped with high-quality detachable and cleanable door gaskets, ensuring excellent sealing performance and preventing temperature and humidity loss.
- Magnetic door hinges; self-resetting hinges with positive sealing self-closing function and 150° opening retention function.
Shelving
- High-quality stainless steel frame wine rack, with adjustable wooden shelves, featuring a sloped design to fit wine bottle shapes—durable and corrosion-resistant.
Lighting
- Energy-saving LED lamps provide uniform illumination with soft, UV-free light that does not affect wine quality.
