This product is designed for the unique needs of industries such as food service, dessert, bakery, fresh produce, ice cream, food processing, and beverage processing. It is crafted with high-quality, durable materials and high-performance components. Leveraging advanced refrigeration technology, it achieves ultra-rapid freezing, precise temperature control, and reliable freshness preservation, ensuring that foods retain their original quality.Equipped with imported brand compressors and variable-speed powerful exhaust fans, the freezer enables ultra-rapid freezing (90°C to 3°C in 90 minutes, i.e., 194°F to 37.4°F in 90 minutes) and deep freezing (90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes, i.e., 194°F to -0.4°F in 240 minutes), with a cooling range of 0°C to -45°C (32°F to -49°F). This effectively reduces ice crystal damage and moisture loss.This blast freezer can efficiently handle a variety of ingredients, including pastries, ice cream mixes, fruits and vegetables, semi-finished products, cooked and pre-prepared dishes, rice, noodles, quick-frozen pasta, desserts, and ice cream products. Optimized airflow and refrigeration systems ensure uniform cooling across all trays, making it suitable for both delicate and dense food textures.
